This Privacy Policy applies to the Time Shade Customizer mobile application and related services operated by Brey. Time Shade Customizer is designed to work without an account. Through normal app use, Brey does not collect, log, store, sell, rent, or share personal information.
Information We Collect
We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or account credentials through normal use of the Application.
No registration or login is required.
Local App Data
The app may keep your preferences, schedules, theme choices, favorites, and history locally on your device so the app can function as expected. This local information is not uploaded by Brey to a remote user profile or personal-data database.
You remain in control of local app data on your device.
Third-Party Access & Sharing
Because we do not collect personal information through normal app use, we do not sell or share such information with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
Data Retention
Brey does not retain personal data from normal use of Time Shade Customizer on its servers. We do not maintain user accounts or a server-side personal data profile for the Application.
Any app preferences or history stored locally on your device remain there only until you clear or reset that local data, uninstall the app, or your device/operating system removes it.
Data Deletion
Because Brey does not collect or retain personal data through normal app use, there is no server-side personal data record for us to delete.
You can delete local app information directly from your device by using available clear/reset options in the app, clearing the app's storage through your device settings, or uninstalling the Application.
If you contact Brey directly and voluntarily provide information in a support message, you may request deletion of that communication by emailing [email protected].
Children's Privacy
The Application is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no personal data is collected through normal app use, Brey does not create child user profiles or maintain children's personal data through the Application.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk associated with a server-side personal data store is reduced. Users should still maintain reasonable device security, including a device lock and current operating system updates.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Application or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
